Histrionische Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsst\u00f6rungen, Posttraumatische Belastungsreaktionen, St\u00f6rungen der Aufmerksamkeit und Hyperaktivit\u00e4t, Antisoziale Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsst\u00f6rungen, Essst\u00f6rungen, St\u00f6rungen der Impulskontrolle, Drogen und Alkoholproblematiken). Es wurde in den 80ern von <strong>Marsha Linehan<\/strong> als Kernst\u00fcck der <strong>DBT<\/strong> (Dialektisch-BehavioralenTherapie) insbesondere f\u00fcr Borderline-Patienten entwickelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gliedert sich in 5 Module:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Achtsamkeit (Sich selbst und den Augenblick annehmen, Praktische \u00dcbungen)<\/li><li>Stresstoleranz (Krisen und Hochstressphasen durch Skills bew\u00e4ltigen und ihnen vorbeugen)<\/li><li>Umgang mit Gef\u00fchlen (Gef\u00fchle wahrnehmen und sinnvoll regulieren)<\/li><li>Zwischenmenschliche Fertigkeiten (Stabile und angenehme Beziehungen aufbauen)<\/li><li>Selbstwert (Selbstwertgef\u00fchl verbessern, Glaubenss\u00e4tze aufdecken und ver\u00e4ndern, Waffenstillstand mit sich selbst ausmachen)<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir bieten das Training sowohl in Gruppen- als auch im Einzelsetting an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ist von 40 Stunden auszugehen, wobei es durchaus sinnvoll sein kann eine Wiederholung des Trainings durchzuf\u00fchren.<br>Die Kosten k\u00f6nnen sowohl \u00fcber eine Verordnung zur Ergotherapie mit psychisch-funktionellem Heilmittel als auch auf Selbstzahlerbasis abgerechnet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gerne stehen wir telefonisch f\u00fcr weitere Fragen zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wagnerundteam.de\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Zur\u00fcck zur Startseite<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Das Skillstraining ist ein Gruppenprogramm f\u00fcr Patienten mit Problemen in der Affekt- und Emotionsregulation (z.B.
